Do you provide airport transfers and where is pickup available?

Yes, we provide airport transfers for hotels located in the Waikiki area only. Guests staying outside Waikiki must join at a designated Waikiki meeting point or Honolulu airport or Hilo airport.

Is hotel pickup door-to-door?

In most cases, door-to-door pickup is provided directly in front of your hotel or at the hotel’s designated tour bus stop. If hotel access is limited, pickup may be arranged at a nearby location. Exact pickup details will be provided in advance. *Hotel in the Waikiki area only

Please wear light, casual, and comfortable clothing, and comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. As Hilo is known for frequent rain, bringing a light rain jacket may be helpful.

Meals are not included. We recommend bringing light snacks for breakfast, as many airport restaurants may be closed early in the morning. Lunch will be on your own in Hilo town, with free time to choose from local restaurants.

Yes. Walking distances at each stop are generally short, and restrooms are available at most locations, making breaks and restroom access convenient throughout the tour.
